Allegan has been waiting a long time to see Lady Antebellum. The band had to cancel two previously scheduled appearances due to babies being born. Hillary Scot, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood were worth the wait!

Kicking off the final weekend of the Wheels Up Tour, the three singers and band were in top form as they played a 90-minute hit-laden set.

Before Lady A, it was newcomer Cam that warmed up the crowd. She turned out to be a delightful curly-haired cutie who was fun to watch. "Burning House" sounded great and her final song about having a little too much Fireball just might be her next big hit.

Lady Antebellum invited Cam back to the stage later in the show to sing with the band a song they had just rehearsed earlier that day: the Dixie Chicks' "Cowboy, Take Me Away." She was clearly thrilled to be on stage with the superstars.

Lady Antebellum proved they are indeed superstars as they opened with their latest hit "Long Stretch of Love." The ace band seamlessly moved into "Bartender" before slowing things down with "American Honey." Hit after hit followed during the tight set with the only clunker being "Hello World" which just didn't work for me.

The video screen that ran the length of the stage provided some fun backdrops but the spotlight was on the singers as Hillary, Charles and Dave delivered incredible harmony and strong vocals all night long. The band is taking a break after this tour but I'm guessing it won't be a long one as Lady Antebellum is at the top of their game right now and proved it on stage at the Allegan County Fair.
