Towns are banning sledding now?

It's true. 

Concerned with liability issues as a result of injuries, towns like Dubuque, Iowa and Lincoln, Nebraska have made it against the law to luge.

You'll be fined if you go fast.

Tobogganing is taboo.

Sledding could put a child's life on the slippery slope to juvenile delinquency.

I say, bring on the snow!  I can't wait to haul-ass down the hill!
