So, when you catch the mail carrier flying by your house on security cam but they report that your receptacle is blocked, what do you do? (UPDATE)

There's no way this is my usual mail carrier.  Please tell me this was a fill in!!!  My usual mail carrier wouldn't ignore my mail box along with many of my neighbors and then blame it on a "blocked receptacle."  Below is the USPS notification followed by the video of the mail carrier flying by all of the mailboxes.  At the bottom you'll see a picture I took of the mailbox immediately after it was "blocked."

Don't get me wrong.  I know the roads are rough and the days are long.  And I also know mail carriers work their butts off!!!  But skipping me and my neighbors and blaming it on snow when we keep our areas clean is unacceptable.

(UPDATE) A local supervisor hand delivered my package the next day and apologized.  He explained that a substitute driver from another city had problems at a previous residence near my home and decided to skip the rest of the street.  He then said this moment will be used as a training moment for mail carriers.
