U.S. news ranked the top 100 best places to live in United States.The rankings are based on desirability, value, job market, quality of life and net migration.  U.S. news placed a city in Michigan at #19 on the list of 100 and the winner is, (drum roll please) Grand Rapids.  Grand Rapids ranked at #19 with an overall score of 7 out of 10.
