Sophia’s House Of Pancakes Defended By Employee

While there has been alot of talk about Sophia's charging the waitstaff two dollars an hour out of their tips, one employee defends it as something they all agreed to.In the story by WWMT, employee Brenda Ojeada, said they had all agreed to the fee.

"I love my job, I love Sophia's, and I was never stolen from, and I was paid for every hour that I've ever worked here,"

She went on to say that it was to pay the busser's. However, they receive minimum wage where as the wait staff does not. She also believes the owners are being treated unfairly. You can also read the story from the other side below.
