The Snow looks like it's here to stay so let's get out and do some sledding. Here are the best spots in Southwest Michigan. Almost all ski resorts offer "The Big Three" (skiing, sledding, and snowboarding) but if you don't know where to go, let us help.

Of course, we must start the list with the closest, Timber Ridge. Located just North of Gobles, Timber Ridge offers skiing, snowboarding and ice skating to go along with sledding. there is also a Live trail cam so show you what the slopes look like.

Located in Jones, Michigan is Swiss Valley. Just 35 minutes from Kalamazoo, Swiss Valley also offers the big 3. They also have an active Instagram and show you how they make snow.

Bitter Sweet, just West of Otsego offers a program called Gym Day that is designed to work with school Physical Fitness classes.

Mulligan's Hollow is a non-profit ski area located in Grand Haven offers the best rates of $15 to $20 plus all parents ski free with kids. Hours are more limited than other Ski Resorts but the price makes up for it. Here is a link to their Web Cam.

Finally, we hit the closest. Echo Valley right here in Kalamazoo. They have skiing, sledding, and even toboggans but no ice skating right now. Also, bring cash because they don't take credit cards.
