The 31st annual Peacock Strut on Saturday, Sept. 12 at Celery Flats in Portage.

What: Peacock Strut 10k run, 5K run/walk, 1 mile Kids Fitness Caper
When: Saturday, Sept. 12
Where: Celery Flats, 7335 Garden Lane, Portage
How Much: $30 per runner, Family fee cap of $60.

The race benefits the Portage Community Center and Executive Director Chris Buckley stopped by our Kalamazoo Country studios to talk about it.
