"Larry" is currently at the SPCA of Southwest Michigan and may be placed for adoption.

Remember the story of Portage Public Safety Officers climbing a tree to rescue a kitten trapped a the top? We got to meet the cat they named "Larry." (Which turned out to be a she; more of a "Lori.")

Find out what happened with "Larry" in the squad car before they reached the SPCA and what happens now.

Also, be sure to get your family pet microchipped so if it gets out (like "Larry") it can be identified and returned. The SPCA can do this for you for just $25.

For more information on Larry or any of the featured Wet Nose Wednesday pets, contact SPCA of Southwest Michigan.
