Lady Antebellum are dominating television and festival stages following the release of their new album Heart Break, which was released on June 9. Their latest stop was The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night (June 13), where the trio performed the poignant title track of their latest release.

Hillary Scott is featured on lead throughout the song, with bandmates Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood providing backing vocals and assisting on acoustic guitar. "Heart Break" was penned by Lady A with Jesse Frasure and Nicolle Galyon.

“Sometimes the word alone sounds like a sad song / But why’s it gotta be ’cause what I really need is a reset and a deep breath,” Scott sings on a song about a woman who decides to give her heart a break instead of immediately jumping into a new relationship.

“We knew right away that we had to name this album after a track that is a play on the word ‘heartbreak,’” Scott says in a release about the band's album. "It’s all about those personal growths everyone goes through and it was liberating to get back in the studio with Charles and Dave to intertwine those feelings into the recording process. I feel like we’ve reemerged stronger than ever."

The band's new record includes lead single "You Look Good," which strikes a chord with lively horn accompaniment.

“We’ve always loved experimenting with different instruments and sounds in the studio, but we’ve never used horns before,” Haywood adds. “The energy they brought to this song is really fun and was validation for all three of us that it had to be our first single back."
