Keith Urban's for sale, Nashville-area home isn't the opulent mansion you might expect a country superstar and world-renowned actress to live in. While not small by any definition, the recently listed property is humble.

The price isn't. At $3.45 million, Urban and Kidman are hoping for $678 per square foot, which is eye-raising in any market but an example of the area's hot housing market. The 5,000 square-foot, four bedroom home in Franklin, Tenn., has been on the market for several months, and pictures show the singer and his family have cleared out. A few bedroom furnishings remain, but an enormous walk-in closet sits empty. Seriously, you need to see this closet. There's enough shelf space for a small town's sweaters and blue jeans.

The official listing at realtor French and King describes this as a private, gated sanctuary with "renovated and expanded brick farmhouse and guest cottage." Zillow points out that it first went on the market in November 2016, with Urban and his family taking ownership in 2007 for $2 million.

Additional amenities include a three-car garage, gym, recreation rooms, an office and a utility barn. The house sits on over 35 acres of partially fenced-in land and features some beautiful sunset views. Variety points out that Urban and Kidman have another mansion in Nashville, a spread in Beverly Hills and a condo in Manhattan.
