Police in Kalamazoo say they have received reports of a male subject trying to convince residents to sell their homes, citing eminent domain. A press release from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety says the person claims the city of Kalamazoo is in the process of purchasing of confiscating homes and that he will buy the home for himself at a discounted rate.
