It’s luau time!! At the first ever Annual Ramona Park Luau! Enjoy carnival games, inflatables, magic shows, balloon animals, music by a local DJ, Island Dancers with a fire show, a watermelon eating contest and a limbo contest! Food truck concessions will be available for purchase. Performance area will have some chairs available at a first-come first-serve basis. Maps for all activities will be available at the Parks Table when entering the event.
• Magic shows will begin at 3:30 and 5:00 p.m.
• Watermelon eating contest will begin at 4:15 p.m.; Limbo Contest at 5:45 p.m., Registration is required by visiting www.portagemi.gov and click on the purple Recreation Activities button by July 10. Space is limited so don’t wait. Arrive to the contest no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the contest.
• Island Dancers & Fire Show will begin at 7:30 p.m.
