Dierks Bentley joins forces with Sheryl Crow in the latest installment of Apple Music’s Carpool Karaoke: The Series. But these two artists did things a little differently, ditching their car to play some honky-tonks on Nashville's lower Broadway.

A snippet of the full episode shows Bentley and Crow in the car as they sing along to "All I Wanna Do," a 1999 hit for her. She then has a brilliant idea: perform in a few of the town's tourist haunts.

"Let's see how many gigs we can do in a half an hour!" Crow suggests. Cameras follow as they hop inside Tootsie's, Robert's, Legends Corner and more for impromptu sets, much to the delight of the patrons.

"This is crazy!" Crow remarks during their walk to a new venue. The full episode is available to watch now via iTunes.

The clip also shows Bentley and Crow asking pedestrians on Broadway how to spell their names. Spoiler alert: they had some trouble.

Carpool Karaoke: The Series is based on The Late Late Show with James Corden’s viral bit of the same name. Previous guests include John Legend, Will Smith, Alicia Keys, LeBron James, Miley Cyrus, Metallica and Seth MacFarlane, among others.

Bentley is keeping busy following the close of his What the Hell World Tour. The singer recently revealed that his song “Hold the Light” will be featured in the upcoming film Only the Brave. His first-ever song written and recorded for a motion picture, the film hits theaters on Oct. 20.
