Deadline To Remove Tree Stands From Public Land Is March 1st

Hunt on public land?  According to Michigan Department of Natural Resources, the deadline to remove tree stands from public land is Tuesday, March 1st.

Owners of equipment left on public land after the deadline, will be subject to a 90 day misdemeanor and a fine from $50 To $500. That also includes the cost of prosecution.
