Brad Paisley is gearing up for a busy 2018. He has announced an extension to his Weekend Warrior Tour — the 26-date 2018 run will pick up on Jan. 25 in Los Angeles and go through April, with additional dates to be added in the coming months.

Dustin Lynch, Chase Bryant and Lindsay Ell will serve as openers on Paisley’s Weekend Warrior Tour.

Paisley recently co-hosted the CMA Awards for the tenth-consecutive year with Carrie Underwood. The singer and funny man credits the awards show for sharpening his comedy skills. In an interview with BillboardPaisley reveals that his first time hosting the awards, in 2007, was his first experience doing comedy on a high-profile level.

“It was really the first time I’d walked that tightrope where you’re really out there to tell jokes for five or 10 minutes,” he explains. “Learning to not only do some things between songs, but write a monologue, and become a comedy act. We learned quickly how to incorporate some of that music, but at the same time, it’s still a comedy act.”

Country fans should bet on witnessing Paisley’s humor alongside his impressive guitar shredding next year on tour. Complete dates are below.
