Do You Miss the Dairy Queen on Battle Creek’s West Side?

Driving down busy 20th Street or Territorial in Battle Creek, you'll see a familiar shaped building to ice cream lovers - a former Dairy Queen. Do you remember when it was open?

The memories were shared recently on the "You Know You're From Battle Creek When..." Facebook page about the former restaurant on Territorial Road just east of 20th Street.

While the DQ is long gone, the building and the memories remain including a branding change in the location after Dairy Queen moved out, it became a Dairy King.

There is one DQ remaining in Battle Creek at the intersection of Main and Cliff near the Post-Franklin School.
