What: Downtown Music Jam
Where: On the front steps of Western Michigan University’s Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, 300 Portage Street
When: 5:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 18
How Much: FREE
Kalamazoo musicians will gather on the steps of the Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine for another Downtown Music Jam.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., musicians will perform 10-minute sets followed by Open Jam at 8:30 p.m. where the musicians and attendees are welcomed to jam together for 30 minutes.
Performers include: Megan Dooley, Lisa Moaiery, T-Rex, Powell McCoy, Bride of Fleckenstein, HOPE, BenJammin & Analisa, Pierre Schuman, The Leaf Experience, and Saxsquatch & Bridge Band.
As a part of the Downtown Music Jam experience, door prizes will be raffled off and food vendors will be on-site.
So come on downtown and show your support for live, local music and the arts in Kalamazoo.
