Run/Walk the 31st Annual Peacock Strut in Portage

Have you planned on doing a 5K this summer? Have you already done a 5K and want to step up to a 10K? Looking for your personal best time?

There are all are good reasons for running the Peacock Strut on Saturday, Sept. 12 at Celery Flats in Portage.

ABOUT THE RACE:

• What: Peacock Strut 10k run, 5K run/walk, 1 mile Kids Fitness Caper
• When: Saturday, Sept. 12
• Where: Celery Flats, 7335 Garden Lane, Portage
• How Much: $27 by Aug. 28, $30 from Aug. 29 to race day Family fee cap of $60.

The family fee cap of $60 makes it affordable for everyone, and the little ones will love the Kids Fitness Caper.

As a flat, fast course, you will enjoy the historical Celery Flats and have a chance to record your fastest time ever!

Net proceeds benefit the programs and services of the Portage Community Center, whose mission is to make life better for people in our community who need assistance with basic needs, youth development, healthcare, education, and supportive services.
